This Privacy Policy explains how AIRICORE LTD (“Airicore”, “we”, “us”) processes personal data in the mobile game “Kingdoms Of Chaos” (the “App”).

This Policy covers data processed through the App only. A separate policy applies to our website and cookies.

We do not create user accounts inside the App. Depending on your use of the App, we may process:
- Device and Advertising IDs: device identifiers and the Android Advertising ID (AAID).
- App Activity: in‑app interactions and events (e.g., session starts, feature usage), basic gameplay telemetry.
- App Info and Performance: crash logs and diagnostics.
- Purchases: in‑app purchase history and receipts for verification and fraud prevention.
- Location: we do not collect precise GPS location. An approximate location may be inferred from your IP address for analytics (e.g., country/region level).

We do not collect your contacts, SMS, photos, microphone recordings, files, or lists of installed apps.

- App functionality: operate core features, process purchases, prevent fraud and abuse.
- Analytics and improvement: understand usage, improve gameplay, stability, and performance.

We share data with these providers solely to operate, measure, and improve the App. We do not sell your personal data.

- Advertising ID: you can reset or limit ad personalization in Android settings (applies to the AAID).
- Analytics preferences (EEA/UK and elsewhere): you may object to analytics.
Contact us (see “Contact”) and we will honor your request. If we add an in‑app privacy option, you may use it instead.

We process personal data based on:- Contract: to provide the App and process purchases.
- Legitimate interests: analytics, app improvement, fraud prevention, security, and non‑personalized measurement.
- Consent: not required at present because we do not use personalized ads or precise location.
If this changes, we will request consent where required.

Your data may be processed outside your country. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards (e.g., Standard Contractual Clauses) to protect your data.

- Purchases and receipts: up to 5 years (accounting and fraud prevention).
- Analytics/events: up to 24 months.
- Crash/diagnostics: up to 24 months.
- Advertising ID and measurement metadata: up to 24 months.

When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it. Certain data may be automatically deleted within 90 days when it becomes unnecessary for the stated purposes.

- EEA/UK: you may request access, rectification, deletion, restriction, portability, and object to certain processing; you may withdraw consent where applicable.
- United States (including CA, VA, CO, CT, UT): you may request access, deletion, correction, and opt‑out of “sale,” “sharing,” and targeted advertising. We do not “sell” or “share” personal data as defined by these laws and do not conduct targeted advertising in the App. If our practices change, we will provide a “Do Not Sell or Share”/targeted ads opt‑out.
